Howdy! I’m Meagan, a psychotherapist licensed in New York and California, with a telehealth license in Florida. I see patients in person and virtually in New York, and virtually in California and Florida.

I bring my humanity to my work-it’s important to me that you feel like you are working with a real person! I value humility, accountability, connection, and levity. I am always seeking opportunities to deepen my work through supervision, consultation groups, and ongoing training. I am bilingual and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

I hold a Masters of Clinical Social Work from Hunter College, completed a two-year post grad certificate program in psychodynamic treatment through the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center, and am formally trained in DBT, ERP, ACT, and PI/KAP. I believe that therapy is both an art and a science, and my work is informed by both.

I enjoy working with young adults and quarter-lifers who are eager to make sense of themselves and their patterns. I work with many future-therapists and first gen folks, and offer a sliding scale to newcomer immigrants and those who work with them. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, moral injury, burnout, and relationship difficulties.
