I practice from a psychodynamic foundation. This means we explore your early experiences, attachment frameworks, and what plays out in the therapy room to understand the blueprint you use to relate to yourself and others. I listen for what is unsaid, and we uncover what is unconscious, together.

I also use a variety of evidence-based modalities to target specific needs, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychedelic Integration/Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Don’t get lost in the acronyms! My pluralist approach allows us to cater treatment to your needs. In short, we focus on the here and now while exploring the origins and roots of your patterns. I bring a sense of collaboration, connection, and levity to our relationship. Therapy is hard work, but it should also be fun!

I am sex positive, kink and poly informed, and LGBTQ affirming. I work with people from a variety of political, religious, and cultural backgrounds. I have found that we do not need to hold the same beliefs or identities to work well together, and, in fact, our differences can enrich our work.
